1. If You’re Not Approved for Treatment

If your medical provider determines you are not a good candidate for treatment, you’ll receive a full refund for your purchase. No questions asked.

2. If You Cancel After Approval but Before Shipping

If your treatment plan is approved and you’d like to cancel before your prescription is shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate. If the order can be stopped in time, we’ll issue a full refund. However, if the prescription has already been processed or is in transit, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.

3. Prescriptions Are Final Sale

Due to FDA regulations and pharmacy safety laws, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications once they have been shipped. These medications cannot be reused or restocked, even if unopened.

4. Subscription Management & Cutoff Times

All subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged. Cancellations made after this cutoff may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
