How we’re different
Every one of these is something the category does routinely. That’s the whole pitch.

You pay the same amount for the same dose. Not an introductory rate that resets in month two, not “new patient pricing” that quietly expires. The only thing that ever moves your bill is a change in your dose — and you’ll see that price before you’re charged it.

The oldest trick in telehealth: advertise cheap medication, then bill a separate monthly “membership” that nobody mentions until checkout. We don’t have one. The number on the card is the number on your statement.

When you see “$89/month” somewhere else, read the next line. It usually means $1,068 charged today for twelve months, non-refundable, at a dose you haven’t tried yet. Our price is a monthly price because you pay it monthly.

They’re two different molecules. Semaglutide is the older, cheaper one. If the price you’re comparing us to is semaglutide, you’re comparing two different medications — put our semaglutide next to theirs, or their tirzepatide next to ours.

BeforeAfterYes. One charge per month covers the medication, the physician consult, your syringe kit and shipping. There is no membership fee, no consult fee, no shipping charge and no annual fee. The only way your bill changes is if you and your doctor change your dose to a different plan.
Same dose, same price — always. The plans are priced by dose, so if you and your doctor move you from 1.5 mg up to 3 mg, you move to the $149 plan. You’ll see that price before anything is charged, and you can stay where you are if you’d rather. That’s the only thing that ever changes your bill, and we’d rather say it here than surprise you in month four.
The Intermediate and Standard plans are month to month — cancel any time. The Microdose plan runs as a 3-month program, billed monthly, and that is the longest commitment we ask for anywhere. Nobody here pays six or twelve months up front to unlock a rate.
Usually one of three reasons: it’s semaglutide rather than tirzepatide, it’s the per-month math on a large upfront prepayment, or there’s a separate monthly membership fee on top. Add those in and run the comparison again — that’s the comparison we’re happy to lose if we lose it.
