By accessing or using our website and telehealth services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Medical Services
Our platform connects users to licensed healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice ourselves. All diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed medical providers who operate independently.
If a provider determines you are not eligible for treatment, your purchase will be fully refunded.
4. Prescriptions, Orders & Subscriptions
If your treatment is approved and your prescription is processed or shipped, that sale is final. We do not offer refunds on prescription medications once they are in fulfillment or transit, as these cannot be returned or reused.
Recurring treatment plans (subscriptions) may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled shipment. Mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software—is the property of HealthyLiving.Clinic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific medical results or availability at all times.
Medical decisions are made solely by the independent providers. HealthyLiving.Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthyLiving.Clinic and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

- Binding Arbitration: Any dispute or claim related to your use of the Service will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in class or representative actions.
