What does Healthy Living Clinic cost?

Weekly doseYou pay every 4 weeks
1.5 to 2 mg$99
3 to 9 mg$149
Above 9 mg$199

That covers the physician visit, the medication, your syringes and shipping. There is no membership fee, consult fee, shipping charge or annual fee.

Is $99 an intro price that goes up later?

No. $99 is the ongoing price. Your bill only changes if you and your doctor move you to a different dose range, and we tell you before it changes.

Do I have to prepay?

No. You pay for your first 4 weeks at checkout, then every 4 weeks after that. You never prepay for months or a year.

How does it ship?

Each shipment is a 12-week supply, usually delivered 3 to 5 business days after your doctor approves it. You still pay every 4 weeks, not all at once.

Who prescribes it?

A board-certified, state-licensed U.S. physician reviews every case, usually within 1 business day, and writes a prescription only if treatment is appropriate for you. Our medical team is led by Dr. Gregory Smith, Supervising Medical Director, with Dr. Patrick Conrad, a board-certified MD.

Which pharmacy makes the medication?

Your prescription is filled by one of our partner pharmacies, NewLife or Greenwich. Both are state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Your tirzepatide is compounded from your prescription and shipped to your door.

Is compounded tirzepatide FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and ours are not the same as, or generic versions of, any brand-name drug. Microdosing is an off-label use. A licensed physician decides whether it is right for you.

What if the doctor doesn’t approve me?

You get a full refund.

How do I cancel?

  • Cancel any time in your patient portal or by contacting support, at least 5 days before your next billing date.
  • No minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • Cancel after approval but before your order ships, and you get a full refund if we can stop the order.
  • Once your prescription is processed or shipped, it can’t be refunded, and we don’t prorate refunds partway through a cycle.

Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms.

Which states do you serve?

All 50 states.

What about the FDA warning letter?

In September 2025, the FDA sent us a warning letter about one sentence on our website that listed brand-name drugs alongside our compounded semaglutide. The FDA said that wording could suggest our compounded medication is the same as those FDA-approved drugs. It isn’t.

Within a week of receiving the letter, we removed the sentence it cited and the brand-name comparisons on our main pages. We also responded to the FDA in writing. Our compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as any brand-name drug. We regularly review our materials for compliance.
