Healthy Living Clinic vs Mochi Health: Membership Plus Medication vs One Price

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Mochi Health advertises low medication prices, and they’re real. What’s easy to miss is that the medication is sold on top of a monthly membership. This page adds the two together so you can compare the actual monthly bill. Prices checked September 8, 2026.

Where Mochi Health is the better pick

  • You want brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound or Mounjaro through the same provider. Mochi offers them; we don’t.
  • You’re at a high tirzepatide dose and can catch a promo. At the “as low as $90” promo, Mochi’s $169 all-in undercuts our $199 standard tier by $30. At their standard $199 medication price it doesn’t.
  • You want ongoing dietitian/coaching visits bundled. Mochi’s membership is built around recurring provider touchpoints.
  • Review volume. ~18,000 Trustpilot reviews at 4.5 and BBB accreditation is a strong public record.

Where Healthy Living Clinic is the better pick

  • Lower doses cost less here. Mochi charges the same for medication whether you’re on 2.5 mg or 15 mg. If you microdose at 1.5 mg, that’s $99 here versus $169–$278 at Mochi.
  • One bill, not two. No membership that keeps billing separately from the medication. Several public complaints about Mochi involve confusion over two subscriptions when cancelling; a single subscription can’t do that.
  • Cancel by any channel. Mochi requires cancelling in-app or by phone. You can cancel with us in your patient portal or by email, and you can pause instead of cancelling if you just need a break.
  • Published shipping expectation. Mochi doesn’t post one.

What Mochi customers complain about (public record)

Mochi’s ratings are good and the BBB gives them an A. The 1,385 BBB complaints as of September 8, 2026 skew toward one issue: people who thought they’d cancelled but were still being billed for membership, medication, or both. If you go with Mochi, note that membership and medication are separate subscriptions and cancel both.

Who should choose what

Choose Mochi if you want brand-name GLP-1s available, value bundled coaching visits, or are at a high dose and can lock in their promo medication price. Choose Healthy Living Clinic if you’re microdosing or on a moderate dose, want a single all-in monthly price, and don’t want a membership running alongside your medication.
